- Conduct eight process workshops in finance and controlling to create transparency regarding potential requirements
- Identifying optimization potential (processual, organisational and systemic)
- Networking between departments to ensure a common understanding of the relevant end-to-end processes
- Prepare a comprehensive presentation of the results and present them to management
