Support in the conduction of assessments to gain transparency of Lufthansa Group’s cyber resilience status
- Definition of a Technical Baseline including operational cyber security requirements based on internal and external guidelines (e.g. ISO 270001).
- Evaluation of the cyber resilience level of each subsidiary as part of a cross-functional project team.
- Supporting the assessment process through use of tracking tools and analysis automation.
- Facilitation of defining mitigation measures and aligning action plans with management.
- Deduction of recommendations for a medium- to long-term conformity roadmap.
