  • Survey and analysis of the current training situation as well as the specific needs of the target group in selected markets
  • Development of a vision, mission and value proposition for the global training program
  • Definition of a modular "University" offering including a description of the offer-specific target situation and the associated measures
  • Design of content-related learning paths for prioritized core roles based on the learning objectives for each role
  • Presentation of possible scenarios and evaluation of feasibility in cooperation with the pilot markets
