Leadership
UNITY is represented at 15 locations worldwide and leads projects to success around the globe. We meet the diverse requirements of our customers and employees through a globally positioned, diverse and excellent management team. All of our managers are distinguished by their outstanding competence in their respective fields and have a strong desire to make a difference. We are proud of the fact that all UNITY executives – from project managers to partners – are motivated by the joy of success and have earned their roles through their qualifications and outstanding commitment. UNITY‘s strategic leadership is managed by its Executive Board together with its partners. Our goal is to continue to drive the path of growth for both UNITY and its customers.
Christoph Plass is founder and member of the executive board at UNITY. Known as an expert for digital transformation and Industrie 4.0 throughout Europe, he advises midsize companies as well as large corporations on topics concerning digital strategies and business models, platforms, value creation of the future and Work 4.0.
Christoph PlassStephan Bille is member of the executive board at UNITY in Germany and member of the supervisory board at UNITY Shanghai. He is responsible for the automotive business. His consulting services focus on the areas of development, production, logistics and purchasing.
Dr.-Ing. Frank Thielemann is a member of the managing board at UNITY. The focus of his research and consulting work is the reorganization of both innovation and product development processes. Frank Thielemann is responsible for numerous strategy, organizational and IT projects in various industries.
Frank ThielemannTomas Pfänder is founder and member of the executive board at UNITY. He has led hundreds of consulting projects, particularly in the areas of foresight, strategy, innovation, factory planning and process optimization. He focuses on the healthcare, machinery and plant engineering, and manufacturing industries. Internally, he is responsible for the finances and strategic management of the company.
Tomas PfänderPhilipp Wibbing has been a member of the Executive Board at UNITY since July 2024. As such, he contributes his digitalization expertise primarily to the automotive industry. He is also responsible for the healthcare business on the Executive Board.
Dr. Ulrich Deppe has been a member of the Executive Board at UNITY since July 2024. He is responsible for the entire Consulting division and also heads the HR department.
