UNITY expands circle of partners

UNITY has appointed two long-standing employees to its circle of partners: Ingo Neumann (37), Managing Director UNITY China, and René Szepanski (40), Business Unit Team Leader Family Businesses and SMEs. With this step, we recognize their outstanding achievements and their great contribution to the growth of the management consultancy. 

Ingo Neumann has been working as a consultant at UNITY in China since 2015 and has headed the foreign subsidiary as Managing Director since 2020. As such, he has succeeded in transferring the corporate culture and values of UNITY in Germany to the team in Beijing and Shanghai and expanding it from 20 to almost 50 employees. “Our customers in China - and the entire UNITY team - value him as a competent and reliable partner. His extraordinary commitment is reflected in the successful growth of UNITY China,” explains Stephan Bille, CEO at UNITY. 

René Szepanski joined UNITY in 2010 as a consultant in the Production & Digital Planning department at the Büren/Paderborn location. Since 2019, he has been responsible for the Family Business and SME business unit and has led the corresponding business unit team since the beginning of this year. “He makes our customers successful with excellent project management. As a result, he has played a major role in the steady expansion of our SME business,” explains Dr. Frank Thielemann, CEO at UNITY.
