Successful data use requires breaking down industry boundaries and working together across sectors. With our new event series “Smart Data Days,we brought together the different players in the ecosystem and provideded a platform for them to get to know different perspectives. The participants learned about the latest technological and regulatory developments as well as future-oriented business models and received exciting impulses from our top-class speakers.

Take the opportunity to network with innovators, industry experts, disruptors, digital companies, cities and municipalities, platform and infrastructure companies as well as thought leaders in the context of Smart Data, Smart Healthcare, Smart Mobility, Smart Energy and Smart City. In a selected round, our event offered a unique platform to discuss the upcoming challenges!

The next event in the series will take place on Feb. 1, 2024, on the topic of "Smart Healthcare."

Smart Customer Day in May 2023

In May, the fifth event in our event series, UNITY Data Days, took place. This time the focus was on Smart Customers.

The "Smart Customer Day" created interdisciplinary bridges to initiate an exchange between B2C and B2B companies in one of the most important strategic fields from the Lünendonk® study 2022 "The Market for Digital Experience Services in Germany." We heard exciting presentations on the Digital Customer Experience from the following high-level speakers:

  • Ali Akbar Khan, Delivery Hero
  • Daniel Pudelko, savvytec

The presentations provided extensive insights and impulses and, last but not least, we were able to use the panel discussion to share experiences. Above all, we discussed in-depth answers to the following questions: How do leading companies manage the explosion of digital communication channels, exploit the comprehensive knowledge that is gathered from customer data, and make the entire customer dialogue more personal and individual? And how do you successfully realize return on digital investments?
