Heiko Janssen is Partner and Head of Product Management at UNITY. In this role, he is responsible for UNITY's range of services and the necessary competence management for the professional development of over 250 consultants.

His consulting focus is on enabling clients to establish transformation as a strategic capability in order to have the necessary adaptability, remain competitive and create sustainable added value. Other topics include automation, digitalization strategies, IoT architectures, IT governance and the transformation of organizations in the context of technology adoption.

His clients include well-known international companies from the mechanical engineering, aviation, automotive and healthcare sectors, among others. Heiko Janssen is also the author of numerous publications in the context of IT management and co-author of the book Chefsache IT, published in 2013.

Before joining UNITY, Heiko Janssen worked at CSC in the area of e-learning / blended learning. He studied economics with a focus on business informatics and organization at the University of Paderborn.
