Christian Grotebrune holds a degree in business administration and, as a partner and authorized signatory at UNITY, has more than 25 years of consulting experience, particularly in the areas of corporate and personnel management, restructuring and business consulting. Prior to this, he spent twelve years developing medium-sized service companies as managing director, acquiring in-depth knowledge of corporate management in the process.

He is responsible for the business area “Family Businesses and SMEs” at UNITY and has dealt intensively with the topic of “Industry 4.0” in these companies in recent years. Future challenges of all kinds and raising awareness of new technologies are particularly important for this target group, as there is often a lack of resources for forward-looking corporate development.
