My name is Sebastian Lübbers and I have been with UNITY for more than 15 years. As a team leader, I lead a team of dedicated consultants and support their individual development. At the same time, I advise clients from the automotive industry in particular on digitalization topics. UNITY offers me a great deal of freedom for my work. What I appreciate most here, however, is the family atmosphere, which we call the “UNITY spirit”. We don't see ourselves as a society of elbows, where everyone just wants to get the best out of themselves. Instead, we value working together as partners, both with our colleagues and with our customers. In my free time, music is one of my greatest passions. On the one hand, I make music myself, be it on the piano, guitar or drums. On the other hand, I also enjoy going to concerts. I see a parallel to my job here, as I appreciate the variety in both areas. In the more than ten years I've been with the company, UNITY has made great progress and there are always opportunities for me to develop personally.
