During my studies, I was able to try my hand as a management consultant at Campus Consult and work on various smaller and larger consulting projects. One of the relatively large projects was the Germany-wide rollout of collaboration software at a bank. After completing my studies, I then found a similar corporate platform at UNITY, where I can fully express myself both entrepreneurially and creatively.
In my many years at UNITY, I have gotten to know eight different industries and over 100 different customers in projects. Today, as a partner, I can say: it never gets boring! Despite my work, I find the time to pursue my hobbies, including diving. Together with my wife Insa, I started a family and, as befits a consultant, we opted for a dynamic and somewhat more complex family start: we had triplets! UNITY was on the spot and developed its own “UNITY parental leave” model with me before the official “parental leave” model. After some really exciting years, the kids got their diving license last year and now we can go diving as a complete family.
So: job + family + hobby works!
