I started as a consultant in 2017 and recently took on the position of team leader.
In addition to the team spirit, I particularly appreciate the fact that everyone can develop individually at UNITY. In my situation as a young mother, we have found a part-time model in which I can contribute my strengths to the company as a team leader and still be there for my family. At UNITY, you can really shape things as an “entrepreneur within the company”. In addition to many exciting projects in the areas of innovation, processes and change management, UNITY has also shaped my personal development. When choosing an employer, it was particularly important to me to pursue my various private projects in addition to my professional projects. In addition to the Munich Marathon, Hermannslauf (a cross-country race with an elevation gain of around 500 meters), marriage and house renovation, I trained as a yoga teacher in order to immerse myself even more deeply in my favorite pastime. But my interest in foreign cultures has not been neglected in recent years either. We have visited Australia, New Zealand and Taiwan, among other places.
