Consulting projects with our customers are at the heart of our work. The subject areas of our projects are clearly defined by our service portfolio. Central learning takes place daily in our projects. The success factor of our projects is the management via a committee, the so-called "Kleebatt", which enables a continuous project view from all perspectives.

Our management is divided into different roles, with our matrix organization forming the core of our management system. Disciplinary management is carried out on site by the team leader, while technical management is carried out by product management. In consulting projects, the project manager leads the team.
