Personal coaching & mentoring

We place great value on a successful start. This is why our consultants are assigned directly to customer projects. Our experience shows that the learning curve is highest this way. In addition to their managers, our employees are supported by a mentor during their induction phase. During the first year, the mentor assists the new employee with all UNITY-related and personal questions and introduces them to the UNITY culture.
UNITYacademy

The UNITYacademy is a central component of our opportunities for development and further training. Numerous seminars and training courses improve our employees' skills in the areas of communication, project management, conflict management and personal development. In addition, the UNITYacademy offers intensive training in specialist areas and methods.
