UNITY has received many awards!

With the establishment of a central command center for occupancy control, transport and cleaning management and the intelligent networking of processes and technology, the UNITY consultants and their partners from industry succeeded in significantly increasing the efficiency of everyday hospital life. In the "Organization - Digitalization" category, the experts from UNITY secured 2nd place in the "Best of Consulting" award with their pioneering project at Braunschweig Municipal Hospital. Dr. Tobias von Bargen, Project Manager at UNITY, emphasizes: "Satisfied customers, for whom we create real added value, are always our goal. We are all the more pleased when our work is recognized beyond this - as with this prestigious award."

The goal of the pricing project at the machine manufacturer WALDRICH COBURG was to expand the spare parts business through a targeted price management strategy. UNITY supported this project from the conception to the global implementation and was awarded with the "Best of Consulting" award in the "Marketing" category. "The German mechanical engineering industry is growing primarily in the service business. Together with UNITY, WALDRICH COBURG has managed to significantly increase the share of earnings from the spare parts business," says Viviane Zimmermann, Partner at UNITY. “The Best of Consulting” award is one of the most important awards in the consulting industry. We are very proud that the jury of experts recognizes the high quality of the project work for our customers," explains Dr.-Ing. Frank Thielemann, CEO at UNITY.

In the “Sustainable Energy Solutions (SEnS)” project carried out together with GEA", a sustainable business model was developed that integrates heating and cooling solutions from global customers into processes in the dairy, food and beverage industry. The project won the "Best of Consulting" award in the "Sustainability" category. With these process and supply solutions, GEA enables its customers to lower energy-related total cost of ownership, reduce their carbon footprint and meet ever-increasing sustainability targets. "Sustainability is a key issue for companies. Together with UNITY, GEA has created an innovative solution that successfully combines ecological and economic benefits," says Dr. Michael Herbst, Partner at UNITY.

We received the "Best of Consulting" award in the "Strategy -- Innovation" category for a development project at Dürkopp Adler. In the same year, we also received an award in the "Operations -- Digitalization" category for a Smart Manufacturing project at SCHOTT.

The "Best of Consulting" award was also presented to us in the "Digitalization" category for a project at thyssenkrupp in which digitalization technologies were introduced along the entire value chain in order to increase both customer satisfaction and efficiency. 

UNITY also received the "Best of Consulting" award in the category "Project Excellence - Competitive Strategy": The project to develop innovation management at Lufthansa Technik convinced the high-level jury, not least because of the extraordinarily high level of customer satisfaction.
